Overview

This Application integrates the official YouTube Data API and the official YouTube Embedded Player in accordance with the YouTube API Services Terms of Service.

The Application is designed to discover and play publicly available YouTube content while respecting YouTube platform policies.

Official APIs

The Application uses:

• YouTube Data API v3
• Official YouTube Embedded Player

No unofficial APIs or reverse-engineered interfaces are used.

Playback

Video playback is performed exclusively by the official YouTube Embedded Player.

The Application does not:

• download YouTube videos;
• enable offline playback;
• modify or intercept media streams;
• remove or bypass YouTube advertising;
• enable background playback while the device is locked.

Content Ownership

Epicron Digital does not own or license third-party YouTube videos unless explicitly stated.

Ownership of videos, thumbnails, channel names, trademarks, and related intellectual property remains with the respective owners.

Metadata

Video titles, thumbnails, channel names, and other metadata are retrieved from YouTube services for presentation inside the Application.

Metadata availability depends entirely on YouTube.

If future changes to YouTube policies require updates to the Application, Epicron Digital will implement reasonable changes to maintain compliance
