1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of this iOS application (the “Application”) published by Epicron Digital.
By installing or using the Application, you agree to these Terms.
2. Purpose of the Application
The Application is a family-friendly video application that helps users discover and watch publicly available YouTube content through the official YouTube Data API and the official YouTube Embedded Player.
The Application is an independent product developed by Epicron Digital.
3. Third-Party Content
Video content available through the Application belongs to its respective owners.
Epicron Digital does not claim ownership of third-party videos, channel names, trademarks, logos, or copyrighted materials displayed through YouTube services.
Playback availability, metadata, thumbnails, and other content are controlled by YouTube and the respective content owners.
4. YouTube Services
The Application relies on the official YouTube Data API and the official YouTube Embedded Player.
The Application does not:
- download YouTube videos;
- provide offline playback;
- modify media streams;
- bypass advertisements or YouTube restrictions;
- enable background playback while the device is locked.
Use of YouTube services remains subject to the YouTube API Services Terms of Service.
5. Subscriptions
The Application offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple’s App Store.
Premium subscriptions unlock additional in-app features such as advertisement removal and other premium functionality presented within the Application.
Payments, renewals, cancellations, refunds (where applicable), and billing are handled by Apple through StoreKit.
Epicron Digital does not receive or store users’ payment card information.
6. Acceptable Use
Users agree not to:
- misuse the Application;
- interfere with Application functionality;
- attempt to reverse engineer the Application where prohibited by law;
- use automated systems to abuse the service;
- violate applicable laws while using the Application.
7. Availability
Application features may change over time.
Video availability depends on YouTube services and content owners.
Certain content may become unavailable without prior notice.
8. Intellectual Property
The Application, including its original software, user interface, graphics, branding, and design elements created by Epicron Digital, remains the intellectual property of Epicron Digital.
Third-party trademarks and copyrighted materials remain the property of their respective owners.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Application is provided on an “as available” basis.
Epicron Digital is not responsible for interruptions caused by third-party services, internet connectivity, YouTube availability, or App Store services.
10. Changes
Epicron Digital may update these Terms when necessary to reflect new features, legal requirements, or service changes.
Continued use of the Application after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
