The Application is designed to discover and present publicly available YouTube content by using the official YouTube Data API and the official YouTube Embedded Player.
The Application does not host, copy, upload, redistribute, modify, or store third-party video content for offline playback.
Ownership
All videos, channel names, trademarks, logos, artwork, thumbnails, titles, and related intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
Nothing in the Application should be interpreted as transferring ownership of third-party content to Epicron Digital.
Copyright Reports
If you believe that content accessible through the Application infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please submit a report using YouTube’s official copyright reporting process.
Epicron Digital supports lawful copyright enforcement and will cooperate where required by applicable law.
Removal of Content
Content availability is controlled by YouTube and the respective content owner.
If content is removed, restricted, made private, or otherwise becomes unavailable through YouTube, it will no longer be available within the Application.
